On July 2, 2019, Zhong Ren, Vice President of Sinochem Group and Vice President of Sinochem Energy, met with the delegation led by Jeff Shellebarger, Chairman of US National Committee for World Petroleum Council, at Chemsunny World Trade Center. The two parties exchanged views on the relevant issues of the 23^rd World Petroleum Congress.

Mr. Zhong Ren extended a warm welcome to Mr. Shellebarger and his delegation. He pointed out that Sinochem Group has participated in the World Petroleum Congress for six consecutive years, and had friendly communication and exchanges with the governments of many oil-producing countries and international oil companies. The delegation led by Jeff Shellebarger introduced the situation of the 23^rd World Petroleum Congress in detail, and hoped that Sinochem Group could continue to participate in the Exhibition in 2020.

During the visit, the delegation was also accompanied by Zhang Guoqing, General Manager of Sinochem Petroleum Exploration & Production Co., Ltd.
