On March 29, 2019, Sinochem Energy High-Tech signed a cooperation agreement with Dongguan Dongzhou International Petrochemical Storage Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Dongzhou Petrochemical) and Guangzhou Panson Computer Technologies, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Panson Tech), indicating that Dongzhou Petrochemical officially joined Canghaibang Platform (cang.66yunlian.cn), which is an intelligent supply chain of Sinochem Energy High-Tech. Hu Bin, CIO of Sinochem Energy and General Manager of Sinochem Energy High-Tech, Zhang Lei, Chairman of Dongzhou Petrochemical, and Cai Ning, General Manager of Panson Tech, attended the signing ceremony and kick-off meeting.

Mr. Hu Bin introduced the basic situation and businesses of Sinochem Energy High-Tech, and said that Dongzhou Petrochemical is the first external storage company that settles in Canghaibang Platform, which has officially embarked on the journey of providing services for the petrochemical storage industry from then on. Sinochem Energy High-Tech attaches great importance to the cooperation with Dongzhou Petrochemical and Panson Tech.
