He once worked as head of the Computer Department of SINOCHEM Hong Kong (Group) Company; Manager of the Technology Department of SINOCHEM Electronics Company; Vice General Manager (executive) of Information Technology of SINOCHEM Group; General Manager of Trade Management of SINOCHEM Qingdao Co., Ltd; General Manager of SINOCHEM Shandong Import & Export (Group) Corporation; Vice General Manager of Administrative Affairs, General Manager of Information Technology and Deputy Director of the General Office of SINOCHEM Group.
